TAKE IT TO THE DANCE FLOOR = 38 minutes

OMG!!! I think I will be able to master all the moves tomorrow. When I do, I will be the happiest girl in the world. :D So fun.

HIP HOP ABS WEEK 1 DAY 4

Fat Burning Cardio = 30 minutes

LEARN TO DANCE =

Take it to the dance floor = 38 minutes. Shaun T teaches how to dance for about 19 minutes. I did it twice because I wanted to myself familiarize with the moves.  It was so fun. I think I will be able to master all the moves in a few days. LOL. I wish I was a dancer so I could easily get the moves going but I am not. I am very stiff. LOL

Last Minute Dance = 9 minutes. Shaun T teaches how to dance in the dance floor without looking like an idiot. I really love the way Shaun T moves his body. LOL. So smooth. I wish I can dance like that.

I think I will practice Take it to the dance floor twice a day to get my body get used to the routine. Hahah. Hopefully, I wont look like a stiff board. Nyehehehe…

I was going to do another 30 minutes but my body hurt from the 40 minutes total body burn. :/ I’ll do better next time.

BEEN SICK

I haven’t exercised in 4 days because I got sick. High fever, sore bones, etc…

I am better now so I’ll start again on Monday.

HipHopAbs: WEEK 1 DAY 1

Fat Burning Cardio

I did Fat Burning Cardio today for 30 minutes. I enjoyed it so much that 30 minutes was not enough. Seriously. It is so much fun that I didn’t want it to end. I am a little bit stiff though. LOL. I will get used to it and I am sure my body will get used to the moves as the days go by. :D

HIP-HOP ABS!!!

Sooooo… my HipHopAbs DVD Set came in the mail yesterday and it made me very happy! I tried Fat Burning Cardio today and I have to say that I really enjoyed it. I had sooooo much fun! It makes a difference when I actually enjoy the workout. With the Insanity Program, it was a struggle and sometimes I almost didn’t want to do it. With Hip-Hop Abs, the music is much better and Shaun T is so easy on the eye. YUM. LOL. I’ll post more about Hip-Hop Abs journey in the coming days. :)

JUMP ROPE

I used the jump rope again last night for 30 minutes and then I did some of the stretches from the Insanity Workout Program. I didn’t use the CD because I’ve pretty much memorized all the stretches that are shown in all videos. You would memorize it too if you were to do it 6 times a week for almost two months. LOL.

My HipHopAbs DVD have been shipped so I can’t wait for them to get here. It will probably arrive early next week. I can’t wait. :)

I AM BACK

You didn’t think I was going to stop exercising, did you? LOL. Like the title said, fitness is a journey not a destination. :P

I took a break from working out when my parents were here but  I am back! I started yesterday with the jump rope. I jump nonstop for 40 minutes. Yup. It was hard but that’s what happens when you don’t exercise for almost a month.

I am planning to order hip-hop abs because I wanted something different this time. I might go to Best Buy to check if they have it there. :) I am going to put my dancing skillz (LOL!) to a test. :D
