I will be doing the Insanity Workout starting March 08, 2010. See my progress as I go along. I will post before and after pics. And not only will I post pics, I will also post the food that I consumed, and how I feel on a day to day basis. :) I will be very honest about everything. I will not write something on here that I actually didn’t do. No point in cheating.
I will continue to do workout routine that I’ve been doing too like for example the skipping, push ups, the wii fit and the stationary bike. I may even do TAE BO still but I will see how it is with the insanity workout. If I think that I am doing too much I will drop a couple of exercises that I think is not giving me any results. :) I am looking forward to this new workout routine. I wanted a challenge and I think I got it! I must me INSANE!!
